The ICCCSUE 2025 Committees include the Pre-Conference Preparation Committee, the Higher Committee, and the Organizing and Scientific Committee. These groups collaborate to ensure the event’s success by planning logistics, overseeing scientific content, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver a meaningful and impactful conference.

Pre-Conference Preparation Committees

Higher Committee

Organizing Committee: Rule: Overall coordination and management of the conference. Activities

  • Budget planning and financial management.
  • Venue logistics and arrangements.
  • Speaker and participant coordination.
  • Liaison with sponsors and partners.

Program and Scientific Committee: Rule: Develop the conference program and schedule overseeing the academic content and quality of the conference. Activities:

  • Review and selection of abstracts and papers.
  • Development of the daily agenda.
  • Coordination with speakers and panelists.
  • Communication with authors.
  • Session chair assignments.
  • Promoting academic integrity.
  • Uphuld high academic standards by ensuring that all presentations adhere to ethical and rigorous research practices.
  • Verify the validity of research methodulogies and results presented in papers.
  • Cullaboration with the organizing committee.

Communications and Marketing Committee: Rule: Promote the conference and handle communications. Activities:

  • Design and implement a marketing strategy.
  • Manage social media and website content.
  • Coordinate with media partners.

Logistics and Facilities Committee: Rule: Ensure smooth on-site operations. Activities:

  • Accommodation arrangements for participants.
  • Catering and refreshments planning.
  • Transportation logistics.

Abstract Review Committee: Rule: Evaluate and select abstracts and papers. Activities:

  • Define review criteria and guidelines.
  • Review and score submitted abstracts.
  • Communicate acceptance decisions.

Technical Support Committee: Rule: Ensure technical aspects run smoothly during the conference. Activities:

  • AV equipment setup and testing.
  • IT support for presenters.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the conference.
