تأثير استخدام جهاز R4 لتطوير التوازن العضلي الثابت والمتحرك والاداء المهاري لمصارعي الجودو الشباب

ان عملية اعداد اللاعبين بدنيا و مهاريا وحركيا يتطلب جهدا مضاعفا و استخدام وسائل تدريب مختلفة من قبل المدربين للوصول الى المستوى الرياضي المطلوب ،وان مصارعة الجودو احدى الالعاب الرياضية التي تطورت في الآونة الاخير ،تم تسمية جهاز (R4)للتوازن العضلي الميكانيكي أو R4للتوازن العضلي العصبي للقياس والتطوير في الألعاب الرياضية حيث يتكون الجهاز من أربع أجزاء رئيسية للحركات الميكانيكية وكذلك على ضوء اسم المصمم للجهاز الذي يتكون اسمه من أربعة أحرف باللغة العربية، الغرض من تصميم الجهاز هو وسيلة لقياس مدى التوازن العضلي الثابت والمتحرك وتطوير عنصر أساسي من العناصر لمكونات الأداء الحركي للعبة الجو دو خصوصا وللاعبين الآخرين في الألعاب الرياضية الحركية عموما الذي يحتل نسبة 70% من العناصر الأخرى (القوة ،والسرعة ، والمطاولة ….الخ ) من اجل تحقيق الكفاية العضلية والتحكم في اتجاهات الجسم للوصول إلى مستوى التوازن الذي يعتبر عنصر مهم في جميع الألعاب الفرقية والفردية ورفع مستوى اللياقة البدنية ،أن التطور الذي حصل في المجال الرياضي بشكل عام جاء نتيجة البحوث العلمية الجادة وصناعة أجهزة للقياس والتطوير والتي تساعد على الرقي في كافة الألعاب وكان نصيب لعبة الجودو أوفر لمكانتها في الألعاب الاولمبية ،وقد أكد( سنجر )1 أهمية التوازن العضلي بالنسبة للأداء الحركي في الألعاب الرياضية الأنشطة والمهارات التي تتطلب تغييرا مفاجئ أفي الحركات أو عندما يتغير وضع الجسم الاتزان الى وضع أخر ويحتاج اللاعب فيها الى استعادة اتزانه لاستكمال استمرارية الحركة او لبدء حركة جديدة كما هو الحال (الجودو، البالية ،الجمناستك ،المصارعة….الخ).
التوازن العضلي (muscle balance) هو قوة أو قدرة أو تحمل أو اطالة عضلة او مجموعة عضلية بالنسبة لعضلة أو مجموعة عضلية أخرى ،وغالباً ما يعبر عن التوازن العضلي بمصطلحات القوة النسبية ،ويتضمن المقارنة بين العضلات العاملة والعضلات المقابلة لها على نفس المفصل مثل مقارنة العضلات لمادة مفصل الركبتين بالعضلات الثانية لهما . 2 بما ان المهارات الأساسية للجودو تتصف بالسرعة العالية المتداخلة في أدائها وتتطلب درجة عالية من التوازن وتتطلب تحريك أكثر من جزء من أجزاء الجسم في ان واحد مع وجود قاعدة ارتكاز صغيرة جداًفي بعض المهارات، وبالنظر إلى مهارات الصراع من أعلى في الجودو نجد أن هناك مهارات تؤدى وكلتا قدمى اللاعب على البساط ومنها حيث تكون قدم واحدة ملامسة للبساط تحمل وزن الجسم والقدم الأخرى أما تعرقل الخصم أو تقطع أو ترفس وفيه يتم اخراج مركز ثقل الجسم عن قاعدة الارتكاز فأساس لعبة الجودو اخلال توازن الخصم للفوز بالمنافسة .
،اما اجرات البحث الميدانية لذا فقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين الضابطة والتجريبية مرجعاً للمقارنة إذ تكون المجموعات، اما عينة البحث (16) لاعب حيث تمثله نسبة (72.72 %)من مجتمع الاصل تم تقسيمهم وبطريقة القرعة الى مجموعة ضابطة والاخرى تجريبية.وهو مصارعي الجودو الشباب بأعمار (18_20)سنه و للموسم 2016/2017 لاعباً ولوزني (60-66 )كيلو غرام التابعين للمركز التدريبي في محافظة ذي قار و بواقع (8)لاعبين لكل فئه ضابطه وتجريبية حيث كل مجموعه تشمل اربعة لاعبين لوزن (60) كيلو غرام وأربعة لاعبين لوزن (66) كيلو غرام حتى تصبح كل مجموعه (8) لاعبي ،اما استنتاجات البحث ومنها اثبت النتائج ان تدريب باستخدام الجهاز المستخدم له تاثير كبير في تطوير صفة التوازن الثابت والمتحركة لدى لاعبي الجودو لماله في اهمية الفوز بالبطولات .يوصي الباحثون في استخدام الجهاز كوسيلة اساسية القياس وتطوير الصفة التوازن لعدم وجود جهاز مباشر لهذة الصفة .
