ملخص البحث :
هدفت الدراسة الى إعداد تمرينات للقوة الوظيفية في بعض قدرات العضلات العاملة عند الاداء على جهاز الحلق فضلاً عن التعرف على تأثير تمرينات القوة الوظيفية في بعض قدرات العضلات العاملة وأداء المتطلبات الخاصة بجهاز الحلق.
1-2 مشكلة البحث:
يتطلب التدريب على المهارات في الجمناستك الفني للرجال وبصورة خاصة جهاز الحلق قدراً كبيراً من القوة القصوى في كل مجموعة من المجاميع العضلية للاعب ، ومن خلال خبرة الباحثان كونها من ذوي الاختصاص ومتابعتهما لنتائج لاعبي المنتخب الوطني وجدا بأن هناك قصور في أداء الحركات التي تتطلب القوة والثبات والأتزان التي لها علاقة بالمتطلبات الخاصة لأجهزة الجمناستك لذلك سعى الباحثان الى وضع تمرينات حديثة والتي يطلق عليها تمرينات القوة الوظيفية والتي من شأنها رفع مستوى اللاعبين من حيث الجوانب البدنية والمهارية.

إعداد تمرينات للقوة الوظيفية في بعض قدرات العضلات العاملة عند الاداء على جهاز الحلق, والتعرف على تأثير تمرينات القوة الوظيفية في بعض قدرات العضلات العاملة وأداء المتطلبات الخاصة بجهاز الحلق.
1-4 فروض البحث:
وقد افترض الباحثان بأن لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في بعض القدرات للعضلات العاملة ، ولا توجد أيضاً فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لأداء وضع الإستناد الحر المتفارج على جهاز الحلق.
