التدريب بقانون الشغل بأستهداف زمن 800 م لتطوير مؤشر التعب وبعض القابليات البدنية الخاصة والإنجاز لراكضي (تحت 18 سنة)

تتلخص فكرة البحث باستهداف زمن لراكضي 800م تحت 18 سنة تحت وقياس الشغل القصوي المبذول بهذا الزمن واعداد تدريبات الركض وفق زمن الشدة القصوية للشغل ، باعتماد متغيرات كتلة الراكض والمسافة المقطوعة وزمنها ودراسة تاثير هذا التدريب في تطوير مؤشر التعب لتقدير القدرة اللاهوائية والقدرات البدنية الخاصة لراكضي 800 والانجاز . ويعد هذا الموضوع من الاتجاهات التدريبية الحديثة التي لم تستخدم تجريبيا في بحوث سابقة، وخصوصا عند تدريب عدائي هذه المسابقة او المسابقات الاخرى لإيضاح تأثير هذه التدريبات في تطوير القدرات البدنية الخاصة . طُبق البحث على مجموعه من راكضي سباق 800 م الناشئين التابعين للمركز الوطني للموهبة بألعاب القوى ، وأعد الباحثان تدريبات ركض خاصة بعد وضع زمن مستهدف وفق قانون الشغل وتحديد الشدة التدريبيه للمسافات التدريبية المختلفة ، وتوصل البحث الى إن التدريبات المستخدمة حققت الغرض منها، وهي تحقيق الى الزمن المستهدف الذي وضع لعينة البحث ، بالاضافة الى تطوير بعض القدرات الخاصة لهم.
