الملخص
الحمد لله رافع مقامات العلماء ,حصر خشيته بهم من بين عباده الصلحاء , والصلاة والسلام على محمد منهل العلم ومشرعة التقوى للاستقاء , وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اتبعهم إلى يوم الحشر واللقاء. وبعد فمما حبانيه الله تعإلى أن عاصرت بل عايشت ثلة من محققي العلوم الشرعية التي أسبغ الله عليهم ثبات العلم والتقوى ومكارم الأخلاق , وفي الصف المتقدم منهم علم شامخ أحاط بالعلوم خبرا واعني به الشيخ الدكتور مصطفى إبراهيم الزلمي (رحمه الله), وما أن علمت بمشروع عقد مؤتمر علمي حول مزاياه وعلومه حتى أيقنت أن من حقه علي أن أسهم في مباحث هذا المؤتمر لا لإثبات عظمة الشيخ, بل لأفتخر بتلك المشاركة , وأكون ضمن جلسائه وأنا أعلم أن بحثا أو بحوثا لا تفي الشيخ حقه بعد أن تناولته بالدراسة المستفيضة رسائل وأطاريح علمية جامعة شتى , وقد كنت قبل العزم على الكتابة عنه, قد أطلعت على بعض ما كتب عنه فوجدت أن لا يزال في رحاب مرابعه مرتع يمكن للباحثين أن يدلوا بدلائهم مع الواردين . ولن يغلق بحثي كغيره الباب عن مستجدات بحوث أخرى في مباني القيم التي أنشاها (رحمه الله ), مع أني اقتنصت في بحثي شوارد أزعم أني قريب من أفكار الشيخ فيها, حيث تلامس مقاصد الشريعة التي خدمتها سنوات طوال. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة – هي هذه التي تقرأون ومبحثين وخاتمة , وكان المبحث الأول : في لمعة من سيرة الدكتور ومكارم أخلاقه بشيء جرى معي . والمبحث الثاني : في مواطن البحث وهي أربعة الموطن الأول : وهو المرتقى الأول في : أصول الفقه بين التجديد والجديد. الموطن الثاني: وهو المرتقى الثاني في : نفي النسخ في القرآن الكريم. الموطن الثالث: وهو المرتقى الثالث في : أخطاء أصولية لابن السبكي. الموطن الرابع: وهو المرتقى الرابع في : أنواع المصلحة. ثم خاتمة بملخص البحث. والله تعالى المسؤول أن يسدد خطانا وأن يجعل عملنا هذا شآبيب رحمة تهبط في رياض مستقر الشيخ الزلمي في أعلى عليين.
