الملخص
نظرا لأهمية الجامعات ودورها في العملية الإنمائية والاصلاحية والتطويرية والتحديثية في كل الجوانب ومنها الجوانب الاقتصادية والسلمية المجتمعية قام الباحثان بدراسة هذا الدور وما يحدثه من اثر على جامعات أربيل مع ابراز متعلقات ومحددات الدور والاثر .
ان من المعلوم ان دور الجامعات الحديث وبضمنها الجامعات ذات التعليم الالكتروني التي ورثت جامعات التعليم عن بعد هو دور اقتصادي مثلما هو تثقيفي للسلم بجانب ادور الجامعات الأخرى من سياسية وتنموية وتربوية وتعليمية وتطويرية فالجامعات تعالج الطبقة القادمة من المجتمع كي تكون هذه الطبقة امتدادا لما يتم تعليمه وتفهيمه وتثقيفه واعداده ومن ثم فللجامعات دور في العمليات المرتبطة بالمجتمع والسلم المجتمعي الاجتماعي.
ان للجامعات في أربيل دور جد مهم في قضيتي
ا. التنمية الاقتصادية
ب. السلام المجتمعي
مهما تعددت الوجهات الجامعية لجامعات أربيل بين الجامعات الإنسانية والجامعات العلمية حيث انها تبرز قيم التعليم والتطور والتحديث والمعاصرة مع الثقافة المؤثرة في الطلبة ومن ثم في المجتمع بالتعاون مع الأساتذة والحكومة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني غير الحكومية في أربيل.
والجامعات هي الحاضنة السليمة لإجراء البحوث العلمية بما يتوفر لديها من كفاءات بشرية و تجهيزات ومكتبات متخصصة ومناخ علمي متميز، ولكي تصل الجامعة بالمجتع إلى الرقي و التقدم يجب التركيز على البحث العلمي إلقاء المؤتمرات و الندوات و الورشات العمل الجاد و الهادف الذي يغوص في أغوار مشكلات المجتع التي تعوق تنميته. وسنجتهد من خلال هذه البحث، الكشف عن مدى دور ومساهمة الجامعات في التنمية الاقتصادية والسلم الاجتماعي في محافظة أربيل. وهكذا جاءت هذه الدراسة في اطار منهجي يحدد أهميتها وأهدافها ومصطلحاتها وصعوباتها ومبحثين:
المبحث الأول: دور الجامعات في التنمية الاقتصادية في محافظة أربيل.
المبحث الثاني: دور الجامعات في السلم الاجتماعي في محافظة أربيل.وقد ذيلت الدراسة بخاتمة احتوت النتائج التي توصل لها الباحثان وفق منهجهما والله جل جلاله نسال ان تكون نافعة في مبناها ومعناها انه سميع الدعاء
