مستخلص البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف
- جودة عمل القيادات الإدارية في الجامعات العراقية من وجهة نظر منتسبيهم
- جودة عمل القيادات الإدارية في الجامعات العراقية وفقا” لمتغير الجنس( ذكور- إناث)
- جودة عمل القيادات الإدارية في الجامعات العراقية وفقا”لمتغير نوع المهنة( موظف- تدريسي)
وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم استعمال مقياس جودة عمل القيادات الادارية العاملين في الجامعات العراقية من وجهة نظر منتسبيهم الذي تألف من (29) فقرة وتطبيقه على عينة البحث البالغة (120) منتسب ومنتسبة من العاملين في الجامعات العراقية ، وبعد تحليل البيانات احصائيا” أظهرت نتائج البحث إن متوسط درجات العينة المشمولين بالبحث في مقياس جودة عمل القيادات الاداريه في الجامعات العراقيه( 71,86) درجة وبانحرافات معياري مقداره( 55،19)درجة،وعند مقارنة هذا المتوسط بالمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس الذي بلغ (5،72)درجة، وباستخدام معادلة الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة تبين القيمة التائية المحسوبة بلغت (95،7) درجة وهي ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى((0,05مما يشير إلى أن هناك جودة في عمل القيادات الادارية في الجامعات العراقية .كما اظهرت النتائج انه لاتوجد فروق في جودة عمل القيادات الادارية في الجامعات العراقية وفقا” للجنس( ذكور- اناث) ونوع المهنة( موظف- استاذ) وبناءا” على نتائج البحث خرجت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات.
