ملخص البحث:
يعد موضوع صورة الجسم من الموضوعات المهمة في علم النفس بشكل عام .وتظهر اهمية هذه صورة الجسم في حياة المراة لأمكانها منح المراة الرضا والثقة وتحقيق ذاتها وتكمن الأهمية من خلال تناول الباحثات لمفهوم صورة الجسم ودراسته من جميع النواحي. وإنها أول دراسة عراقية (على حد علم الباحثتان ) تدرس صورة الجسم وتطبق على النساء البدينات . أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في عدم وجود أداة قياس عراقية تقيس هذا المفهوم لدى النساء البدينات والكشف عنها :ويهدف البحث إلى :

تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي اما إجراءات بناء المقياس فتم من خلال ما حصلت عليه الباحثتان من توصيف لصورة الجسم فضلاً عن الاطلاع على الاطر النظرية لموضوع البحث ،فقد تم تحديد المنطلقات النظرية والتي يستند اليها في بناء المقياس ،و للتحقق من إجراءات بناء المقياس حددت الباحثتان المنطلقات النظرية لمفهوم الرضا عن صورة الجسم و توصيف نظرية ادراك الذات لثومبسون (1990 ) ( Thompson من خلال التعرف على مكونات ومجالات المقياس و عرض استمارة استطلاع على الخبراء والمختصين و تعريف كل مجال. وتم اشتقاق (7) مجالات حذف واحد منها من قبل الخبراء والمختصين حيث انها لم تحقق النسبة المقبولة وتم والإبقاء على ستة مجالات. وأمكن صياغة (66) فقرة بشكل أولي واستخدم مقياس التقدير الرباعي. واجريت تجربة استطلاعية . بعد ذلك طبق المقياس على عينة التجربة الأساسية (عينة البناء) والبالغة ( 130) امراة يتراوح اعمارهن من (35- 40) عام تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من المشاركات في المعاهد الصحية للرشاقة في بغداد بحسب دليل كتلة الجسم ( BMI ) المستخدم بالنوادي الصحية لقياس البدانة وبعد تحليل الفقرات باستخدام أسلوب المجموعات المتطرفة وأسلوب الاتساق الداخلي وفي ضوء النتائج التي ظهرت تم قبول الفقرات ذات القوة التمييزية العالية وتم حذف بعض الفقرات لعدم دلالتها المعنوية والإبقاء على (54) فقرة. وبعد استخدام التحليل العاملي توصلت الباحثتان الى اهم الاستنتاجات وكما يلي :

بناءاً على نتائج التحليل العاملي تم استخلاص (6) عوامل لمقياس الرضا عن صورة الجسم :. أحتوى العامل الأول الذي أطلق عليه مجال الاجتماعي وبلغت عدد فقراته (5) وأرقامه من (1-5) .
ب- احتوى العامل الثاني والذي أطلق عليه مجال الشعوري على (5) فقرات وأرقامها من (6-10) .
ج- احتوى العامل الثالث والذي أطلق عليه مجال حب الذات على (7) فقرات وأرقامها من (11-17) .
د- احتوى العامل الرابع والذي أطلق عليه مجال الاداراكي على (6) فقرات وأرقامها من (18-23) .
هـ- احتوى العامل الخامس والذي أطلق عليه مجال الصحي على (7) فقرات وأرقامها من (24-30) .
و- احتوى العامل السادس والذي أطلق عليه مجال المظهر الخارجي على (3) فقرات وأرقامها من (31-33) .
3- بلغ عدد فقرات المقياس الحالي (33) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات تقيس بمجموعها مفهوم الرضا عن صورة الجسم.
