تطرق البحث إلى أهمية لعبة كرة السلة وكيفية العمل على تطوير اللعبة من خلال استخدام أساليب تدريبية كما تم التطرق متطلبات خاصة بدنية ومهارية ومنها التحمل الخاص كونه من الصفات البدنية المهمة والفعالة والتي تستخدم في معظم اوقات المباراة وهنا تظهر اهمية البحث في إعداد تمرينات تطبيقية لتطوير التحمل الخاص ومعرفة مدى تأثيره في بعض القدرات البدنية والمهارات الهجومية في لعبة كرة السلة وقد هدف البحث الى التعرف على الفروقات بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في كل القدرات البدنية والمهارات الهجومية في لعبة كرة السلة لكلا المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة والتعرف على الفروقات بين الاختبارات البعدية لكل المتغيرات المدروسة في كل القدرات البدنية والمهارات الهجومية في لعبة كرة السلة لكلا المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة اما فروض البحث كانت هناك فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في كل القدرات البدنية والمهارات الهجومية في لعبة كرة السلة لكلا المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية و هناك فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات البعدية في كل القدرات البدنية والمهارات الهجومية في لعبة كرة السلة لكلا للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ،ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية وتم بعدها اختبار العينة قبلي ثم تطبيق التمرينات والاختبار البعدي والحصول على النتائج والتي استنتجت الباحثة منها وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح البعدي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في الاختبارات البدنية الخاصة بصفة التحمل الخاص وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نتائج الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح البعدي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في اختبارات المهارات الهجومية وبذلك اوصت الباحثة الى ضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير صفة التحمل الخاص لما لهذه الصفة من تأثير بالغ في تحقيق الأهداف في لعبة كرة السلة.و التأكيد على استخدام الأسس العلمية عند وضع المنهج التدريبي من حيث تسلسل التمارين المستخدمة ومقدار الحمل المعطى خلال الوحدة التدريبية مع التأكيد على فترات الراحة البينية لما لذلك من تأثير مهم في تطوير الصفات البدنية ومنها صفات التحمل الخاص ( تحمل القوة ، تحمل السرعة ، تحمل الأداء )و استخدام طرائق تدريبية متنوعة وبوسائل عديدة لتطوير مستوى التحمل الخاص وفق أسلوب علمي دقيق في تحديد مكونات الحمل التدريبي.
