أثر اختلاف زَمَني تمرينات القـــوة المميزة بالسرعـــة
في بعض الصفــــــات البدنيـــــة للاعبي كرة اليد الناشئين

يهدف البحث الى الكشف عن:
– أثر تمرينات القوة المميزة بالسرعة بزمن الـ (5) ثانية في بعض الصفات البدنية للاعبي المجموعة التجريبية الأولى.
– أثر تمرينات القوة المميزة بالسرعة بزمن الـ (10) ثانية في بعض الصفات البدنية للاعبي المجموعة التجريبية الثانية .
– دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في بعض الصفات البدنية بين مجموعتي البحث التجريبيتين الأولى والثانية في الاختبار البعدي .
فروض البحث:
– وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في بعض الصفات البدنية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الأولى ولمصلحة الاختبار البعدي.
– وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في بعض الصفات البدنية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية ولمصلحة الاختبار البعدي.
– وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في بعض الصفات البدنية بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين الأولى والثانية في الاختبار البعدي .
استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة مشكلة البحث , وحدد مجتمع البحث بطريقة عمدية بلاعبي ناشئة نادي الفتوة تحت سن (16) سنة بكرة اليد والبالغ عددهم (20) لاعبا وتكونت عينة البحث من(12)لاعبا يمثلون نسبة (60%) من مجتمع البحث, وقسمت هذه العينة الى مجموعتين تجريبيتين وبواقع (6) لاعبين لكل مجموعة , وتم اعتماد الصفات البدنية واختباراتها التي حصلت على نسبة اتفاق (75%) فما فوق من آراء الخبراء وهي (القوة الانفجارية للرجلين , والقوة الانفجارية للذراعين , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للذراعين , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للبطن , والسرعة الانتقالية , والرشاقة) , وتم اجراء التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات(العمر،الطول،الوزن) والصفات البدنية.
اجرى الباحثان تجربتين استطلاعيتين ، كانت الاولى للاختبارات البدنية بتاريخ (2/12/2012) على (3) لاعبين من مجتمع البحث واخرى على (4) لاعبين للتمرينات المعتمدة في البحث من خلال تنفيذ وحدتين تدريبيتين بتاريخ (5-6/12/2012) .
اجريت الاختبارات البدنية للفترة من (11/12/2012) ولغاية (12/12/2012) وكما يأتي:
اليوم الأول اختبارات (القوة الانفجارية للرجلين , والقوة الانفجارية للذراعين , وعدو (20) مترا , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للذراعين) واليوم الثاني اختبارات (الرشاقة , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للبطن , والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين).
تم تصميم منهاجين تدريبيين وتم تنفيذ هذين المنهاجين بتاريخ (30/12/2012) وتم الانتهاء من تنفيذهما بتاريخ (21/2/2013) إذ نفذت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى المنهاج التدريبي المعتمد على زمن الاداء لمدة (5) ثانية ونفذت المجموعة التجريبية الثانية المنهاج التدريبي المعتمد على زمن الاداء لمدة (10)ثانية وكان عدد اللاعبين (6) في كل مجموعة تجريبية .
بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ المنهاجين التدريبيين لمجموعتي البحث تم أجراء الاختبارات البعدية البدنية على لاعبي عينة البحث للفترة من (24/2/2013) ولغاية (25/2/2013) وبنفس طريقة وتسلسل تنفيذ الاختبارات القبلية البدنية , وتم استخراجها من خلال الاعتماد على الحقيبة الإحصائية (spss) , بعد عرض النتائج ومناقشتها يمكن استخلاص الاستنتاجات الآتية :
1- إن استخدام المنهاج التدريبي الخاص بتمارين القوة المميزة بالسرعة بانتظام ولمدة (8 أسابيع) بواقع (3 مرات) أسبوعياً يعد فعالاً في زيادة القوة لعضلات الرجلين والبطن والذراعين للاعبي كرة اليد الناشئين.
2- تفوق المنهاج التدريبي لتمارين القوة المميزة بالسرعة بزمن (10) ثانية الذي نفذته المجموعة التجريبية الثانية على المنهاج التدريبي لتمارين القوة المميزة بالسرعة بزمن (5) ثانية الذي نفذته المجموعة التجريبية الاولى.
3- يؤدي استخدام المنهاج التدريبي لتمارين القوة المميزة بالسرعة الى تحسين صفة القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الرجلين والذراعين والبطن للاعبي كرة اليد من فئة الناشئين.
4- أثر المنهاج التدريبي لتمارين القوة المميزة بالسرعة بشكل ايجابي على تطوير الصفات البدنية الاخرى قيد البحث وهي ( السرعة الانتقالية , القوة الانفجارية , الرشاقة ).
