ملخص البحث
هدف البحث الى التعرف على نسب مساهمة عدد من متغيرات النشاط الكهربائي لبعض العضلات العاملةفي القسم الرئيس في دقة وقوة الضربة الخلفية بكلتا اليدين للاعبي التنس، افترض الباحثون وجود نسب مساهمة معنوية لعدد من متغيرات النشاط الكهربائي لبعض العضلات العاملة في القسم الرئيس في دقة وقوة الضربة الخلفية بكلتا اليدين للاعبي التنس، وتكونت عينة البحث من (8) لاعبين من لاعبي التنس المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى، واستنتج الباحثون وجود نسب مساهمة نسب معنوية لمتغيرات (قمة النشاط الكهربائي، الزمن، معدل النشاط الكهربائي، مساحة ما تحت المنحنى)لعضلة (باسطة الرسغ الكعبرية اليسار) في دقة وقوة الضربة الخلفية بكلتا اليدين للاعبي التنس في القسم الرئيس، وأوصى الباحثون بالتأكيد على تدريب العضلات العاملة التي أظهرت وجود نسب مساهمة معنوية في دقة وقوة الضربة الخلفية بكلتا اليدين، والتأكيد على تدريب عضلات الذراع غيرالمسيطرة بشكل مساوٍ لعضلات الذراع المسيطرة وذلك لدورها المكمل في أداء مهارة الضربة الخلفية بكلتا اليدين.
