ملخص البحث
هدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى الإدارة الصفية الابداعية التي يتمتعون بها مدرسي ومدرسات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالمدارس الثانوية في محافظة اربيل ، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته ومشكلة البحث, وتكونت عينة البحث من مدرسي ومدرسات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في محافظة اربيل البالغ عددهم (159) مدرس ومدرسة للعام الدراسي (2018-2019) , واستخدم الباحثون الحقيبة الاحصائية الاجتماعية ) SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا , واستنتج الباحثون وجود صورة ايجابية عامة للإدارة الصفية الابداعية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية من حيث استثمار وقت الدرس , وأوصى الباحثون بضرورة التمهيد المناسب لمجتمع مدرسي التربية الرياضـية بثقافـة الابداع الإداري.
